So, you want to be healthy, fit, active and happy when you are in your 70s and beyond? Then you better START NOW!
No way you can have all that without taking care of yourself when you are in your 40s, 50s and 60s. You can't start after you have abused your body for decades. Begin now.
Start with weight control. Can you visualize what carrying 20 extra pounds around will do to your knees and back? You must burn as many calories as you consume or weight goes up.
Do you monitor your blood pressure and cholesterol? If high, do you take your medicine?
Are you active now? Do you exercise often?
Do you keep the bad habits to a minimum?
Do you have a positive attitude?
Do you surround yourself with like-minded people...people who want to lead a healthy life into what some would call "old age"?
TODAY is the day you decide whether you will be old when you hit your 70s. Get busy.....your "golden years" will get there sooner than you think!
